0.1 Identify
As a bespoke independent bottler we have the advantage of choices. Our team tastes through hundreds of different whiskeys each year. This allows us to identify special barrels and add them to the Seelbach's collection.

0.2 Craft
Seelbach's creates blends you've never tried. Because we taste so much creativity is key to what we create. From unreleased mash bills to exclusive finishes there's always something.

0.3 Time
We're in no rush. Our blends are limited by design and environment. No release is half-baked. We allow the whiskey to mature to insure we're proud of every bottle we put out.

0.4 Bottling
Lastly, we bottle it up so the greatness can sit on your shelf, ready for the next special big moment or small one made big.
